School Plus are looking for a Coordinator to Lead and GROW an upcoming OSHC program at Bluewater in Bluewater, QLD!

ABOUT ‘YOU’ – Our Children Deserve the Best Leaders

  • Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (or currently working towards one)
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Proven experience leading an OSHC or childcare service
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
  • Valid QLD Driver’s License (other government ID accepted)
  • Career-driven and passionate about OSHC
  • Experienced in managing teams and services with diverse needs
  • Inspired by our values and ready to make a difference

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

As our program’s leader, our families and children need your availability for the following hours:

  • Before School Care – Monday to Friday – 6:00am – 9:00am
  • After School Care – Monday to Friday – 2:30pm – 6:00pm
  • School Holiday Programs – Various shifts
  • Additional Administration Hours (Non-Contact Time) 

This role will be Permanent Full-Time with the hours to be confirmed as this will be a newly transferred service commencing in Jan 2025.
